Will the Faxon .625 gas block with 3 set screws work on this barrel with it not being dimpled?

That gas block will work on this barrel, however you would have to dimple the barrel first for proper security.

All of the current Gunner profile barrels listed (11.5", 14.5", 16", 18" and 20") are all a 1:8 twist.

Does the 11.5” gunner barrel support full auto fire and what is the reliability in that scenario ?

The barrel is rated for full-auto use. Reliability will depend heavily on both ammunition choice and the other elements of the build (gas system used and installation, buffer/spring weight, Suppressed/non-suppressed usage, etc.)

The gas port on the 11.5" Mid-Length barrel is .110" ± .001" diameter.

Does the barrel come with a barrel nut or do I need to buy it separately?

The barrels do not come with a barrel nut. Most free-float handguards will come with a barrel nut or you will need to purchase one separately.

Can I convert my 16” 55.6 barrel to this 20” Faxon barrel?

The Faxon Firearms 5.56 NATO Gunner Rifle Barrels will work with Mil-Spec AR15 upper receivers. So if you have a rifle with a 16" 5.56 barrel you can replace it with the 20" Faxon Firearms 5.56 NATO Gunner Rifle Barrel. You will also need a longer gas tube and maybe a different gas block depending on the on you are using currently.

Does this come with a barrel nutt? If not whats a reccomended barrell nutt?

The Faxon Firearms 5.56 NATO Gunner Rifle Barrel does not come with a barrel nut but will work with a Mil-Spec barrel nut. Certain handguards require a proprietary barrel nut or come with a barrel nut. So I recommend determining what handguard you are using and using that barrel nut.
