These will be a lead core surrounded by a polymer jacket.

The projectile is a polymer (plastic) coated, lead-core bullet. It is intended for Action Pistol competition, i.e. IPSC, USPSA, IDPA, etc. it is especially good for shooting at steel targets as the coating reduces “splatter” (ricochets). While not designed for self-defense, it is definitely NOT “non-lethal” ammunition and will cause injury and possible death if it is fired into a living being.
