Foxtrot Mike does not specify what diameter handguard is required in order to fit their adjustable gas block. I would recommend reaching out to Foxtrot Mike directly for more information.

The manufacturer does not provide the overall length of the FM Products Premium Click Adjustable AR 5.56 Gas Block. For that information I recommend contacting the manufacturer. The adjustment screw is on the side.
