The Fobus Hinged Natural Draw Holster is not compatible with the ATI FXS-9.

Will my Glock 17 gen 4 fit this holster and can I get it left-handed. I have the left hand tactical but no hinge which makes it awkward to draw.

This Fobus Tactical OWB Paddle Holster is for 1911's and will not fit a Glock 17. We currently do not have this style holster for a Glock 17 that is left handed.

I have an Agency Arms 417 compensator with a streamlight tlr8a laser/light. I know the streamlight is good, but what about the compensator.

The Agency 417 comp would extend the slide length, requiring a longer holster. Adding the Agency 417 to a Glock 19 extends the length of the slide by approximately 1.5", making the slide even longer than the Glock 34. This holster will not be compatible, and you would need one that is an open muzzle design.

Will the Holster fit on a thick padded tactical duty belt? The other Fobus holsters I have only work on my regular pants belt.

The paddle is not going to work well with thick duty belts. However, Fobus has a couple options that should work for replacing the paddle with a belt mount option.

The Roto-Holster system provides for 360 degree holster rotation and is compatible with any Fobus mounting option. It includes an adjustment screw for easy assembly and rotation. To adjust the angle of the holster, loosen the adjustment screw on the back of the holster and rotate to the desired position. Ensure that the holster locks into one of the pre-set locking positions and tighten the adjustment screw on the back of the holster to secure rotation position.

with xd's and glocks having roughly the same size frame, would this work on a 9mm XD service model?

While the XD and Glock share somewhat similar designs they do differ and Fobus specifically only lists this compatible with the Glock 19, 23 and 32. So we cannot guarantee it will fit properly with an XD.

It should accomodate the APLc however will not fit the RMR.

No, this is a paddle holster, it will not attach to MOLLE webbing.
