For this Caliber - Yes, as previously answered by Bill and Mark (Thanks guys, you're awesome) these are Boxer-primed and loaded in brass casings.

the case is reloadable brass (boxer) and the bullit is solid copper

This is brass cased and boxer primed. One of the other answers listed here are incorrect, where it is stated that these are copper cased. This is easily shown by the description by Optics Planet. There is no copper cased ammunition, only brass, nickel, or in the rare occasions polymer. For this ammunition the bullet itself is solid copper.
