That is a good question, most likely not as the hammer would be in the fired position and could not be reset by the standard cycling unless you manually reset it.

This does not come with a bolt carrier group but it does not require a special one, it will work with most standard bolt carriers.

The Fostech Echo AR-II will not be compatible with DPMS or AR-10 style .308 platforms. It is intended to be used in the AR-15 platform only.

Fostech does not state if the Fostech Echo AR-II Drop-In Binary AR-15 Trigger is compatible with Pistol Caliber ARs. I recommend contacting Fostech to confirm compatibility.

This is information direct from LWRC regarding binary triggers:

"The SMG will accept most AR-15 triggers. We have not tested them all however and cannot guarantee function"

Updated Answer: You will need a full auto bolt carrier in your firearm for the Echo AR-II to function. I would highly recommend contacting us at techsales@opticsplanet.com to ask about specific proprietary bolt carrier groups for calibers that don't use a mil-spec full auto bolt carrier group.
