Will this fit over a 1.5” suppressor?

The Geissele 14.5in HK Super Modular Rail has an internal diameter of 1.35", and would not be able to fit over your suppressor.

No, this is meant specifically for the H&K 416 and MR556. Geissele sells standard handguards for AR-15's.

This handguard is meant to mount directly to the H&K barrel nut without any major modifications.

You will need to get rail sections direct from Geissele as they do not include any with these handguards.
