Does this come with the barrel nut and accessories to mount it?

The Geissele Super Modular Handguard Rail will include the proprietary 2.25" long barrel nut and hardware required for installation. A barrel nut wrench is not included and would be required.

since when did geissele start having 13.5" rails? I know it's always been 13".

Per Geissele, Effective 3/31/20 Geissele will no longer include the gas blocks with the rails.

Hello, is there any reason this would not fit a POF Revolution .308 rifle, with the different caliber gauge?

Yes, this handguard will not fit that rifle specifically because they are different calibers. An AR-10 .308 upper is larger in size all around than the standard AR-15 .223 upper which means the handguards are not compatible across the platforms.
