We have never test a PSAK model. But a customer was sent one and he told us it would not fit.

So, I would tell you it does not fit. Thanks for contacting GG&G.

If your VEPR 12 has the Factory AK adjustable rear sight, this should fit right on as it simply replaces the AK factory furnished U-notch rear sight.

Are the ring diameters the same between the 2? I'm assuming you match the meter range with what your factory maximum adjustment is.
