I this considered mil spec?

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Jonathan D., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on October 14, 2019

Most of the components are mil-spec, however due to the free float handguard and low profile gas block it is not a mil-spec upper. You can use this kit to finish a mil-spec lower.
