Yes. You can install the Ghost Firearms Vital .300 Blackout Upper Receiver to your existing AR15 lower receiver and have no issues. You can use your bolt carrier group and charging handle from your S&amp;W upper receiver and it will fit and function fine.

My understanding is that the M&amp;P platform is proprietary to S&amp;W and uppers and lowers are not interchangeable with other brands..
