Yes. You can install the Ghost Firearms Vital .300 Blackout Upper Receiver to your existing AR15 lower receiver and have no issues. You can use your bolt carrier group and charging handle from your S&W upper receiver and it will fit and function fine.

These are not Connecticut legal. You would need an unthreaded barrel or a barrel with a pinned and welded muzzle brake (flash hiders are not allowed).

The Ghost Firearms Vital .300 Blackout Upper Receiver does not include a BCG or charging handle.

Is the gas block adjustable?

No. The Ghost Firearms Vital .300 Blackout Upper Receiver uses a standard Mil-Spec DI gas block and gas tube. You can always install an aftermarket adjustable .750" gas block if you wanted to.

Yes it breaks down just like any other AR platform. The flash hider is not pinned and welded so it just screws off.

Yes. The Ghost Firearms Vital .300 Blackout Upper Receiver uses 5/8x24 tpi and utilizes a DI pistol length gas system and should function fine with a suppressor when using the correct ammunition.

Ghost Firearms states that their barrels are 1:8 Twist 4150 Light HBar Barrel Black Nitride. They do not mention if they are chrome lined. I'd recommend reaching out to them for more information.
