Will it fit a Glock G45 (G19 slide on full size/G17 frame)? I know they’re basically a Gen5 but aren’t explicitly classified by Glock as being “Gen5”

The Glock G17 & G34 OEM Gen5 9MM 10-Round Magazine will fit a Glock 45. These magazines are restricted to 10 rounds.

I bought a 9mm barrel for my Glock model 22, 40 cal. do the extractor and ejector have to be changed

If you bought a 9mm conversion barrel for your Glock 22 then nothing else has to be changed.

Aurora says : No person shall sell, offer or display for sale, give, lend, transfer ownership of, acquire or possess any assault weapon or large capacity ammunition feeding device.

This says 10 round magazine. Aren't both the G17 and G34 17 round capacity?

These are 10 round restricted magazines. We do not currently sell magazines over 10 rounds.
