Will this fit a 300 acc ar-15?

Yes. The Guntec USA AR-10 Slim Line/Micro Cone Flash Can supports calibers such as .308 and 300 Blackout. So as long as you have 5/8x24 threads, this flash can will fit and function as intended.

The Guntec USA AR-10 Slim Line/Micro Cone Flash Can weighs 3.4 oz. It is 3.25" in length and has an outside diameter of 1.245". It uses standard 5/8x24 threads and will support calibers such as .308 and 300 Blackout.

I purchased this can to attach to my Contour 300 Blackout stainless steel barrel threaded 5/8x24 but it will not thread on!

Please reach out to Guntec the manufacturer to trouble shoot your issues as this should thread onto any standard 5/8x24 threaded barrel and if it is not then there is either an issue with the barrel or the muzzle device.

What's the diameter difference between the Slim Line/Micro and the regular flash can?

The manufacturer provides no reference as to the outer diameter of the regular flash can, but they do state that the slim line has an outer diameter of 1.245".

Is there a demonstration video for this flash hider? Seems the design is comparable to the Bulgarian 4 piece flash hider, which is very effective.
