No, the Guntec USA AR-15 9mm Magwell Adapter Block is no compatible with Canik Magazines. It will only accept Colt style SMG magazines.

No. The Guntec USA AR-15 9mm Magwell Adapter Block only accepts Colt Style SMG magazines. It uses One Retention Screw On Top Of the Adapter, And Two Set Screws That Lock Into Wall Of Magwell. It Supports Bolt Hold Open On Last Shot When Available On Your Upper.
