With this adapter only Colt pattern. If your bolt works for both Glock and Colt mags, you’d need a magwell adapter for Glock (not this one) and another adapter (this one) for Colt mags. If you wanted to be able to use both Glock and Colt 9mm mags, then just swap out adapters depending on which you want to run. My bolt is compatible with both but I only run Colt mags using this adapter. No need to change your upper so long as it is a 9mm with a compatible bolt, just swap out magwell adapters.

You will need a 9mm AR Bolt/BCG (it is all 1 single unit) that is compatible with Colt Magazines. Most 9mm BCGs are now compatible with both Glock and Colt Magazines. This 9mm AR Lower Receiver Adapter Unit uses 32 round Colt SMG 9mm Magazines which was designed and made to work with the Colt 9mm SMG AR, therefore it is a "Double Stack-Double Feed" type magazine where the Glock uses the "double stack-single feed" type magazine commonly used in pistols thus many people feel it doesn't have the 'Right Look" when used on a rifle or PCC.
