The manufacturer does not state the internal length of the Guntec USA AR-15 Airlite Series Minimalist Stock. I recommend contacting Guntec USA for that information.

Is it adjustable or fixed length?

The USA AR-15 Airlite Series Minimalist Stock is a fixed length stock. It is 9.5" in total length and uses a short textured buttplate. It will include a sling plate, castle nut, 3oz. carbine buffer, and chrome silicon buffer spring.

I bought this as lightweight replacement stock for my rifle length ar15 20", did i get the wrong one? It came with a car buffer and spring.

These will work on any gas system length since it is a complete system with the spring and buffer.

The overall length is 9.5". It functions as the buffer tube, so no other tube is needed. It comes with the spring and buffer.
