Do these function with endomags?

No, it only functions with pistol magazines. It will not work with full size AR mags.

no, it doesn’t, i don’t see why not, have no idea if it will engage with your trigger group in full auto, i kinda doubt it, this is a 9mm upper fyi

Can this upper be mated to a lower designed to use Mp5 magazines?

These uppers are only compatible with Glock and Colt magazines.
