You can try contacting GunTec via phone or email at this link: https://guntecusa.com/contact/ but in my experience it's easier to go to your local ACE hardware with the part and check out their screw section. Bring the part in and match it up. Most ACE Hardware stores have a special section with gun screws. In the past I've bought both cup and knurled set screws there. I've used them countless times to not only replace screws but upgrade them in strength and length as well.

What is the threading for the slip-over in 7.62x39? Is it 5/8 x 24?

Answered by Davis N., Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on February 17, 2021

The 7.62x39/9MM model has a 1/2x36 thread pitch. If you need 5/8x24, then you want the 308 model.

No, this will not fit that barrel since it has an OD of .875". This slip over requires about .750" or less of an OD.

Yes, as long as your handguard is large enough in diameter, you can mount this under it. The holes are just for show, they do not vent any gasses.
