Will this work with my rear oem night sight ? & if i put a red dot will it co witness?

That sight needs to be used with the GLAD211 adjustable rear sight and unfortunately will not work on MOS glock capable pistols.

What is the height? Would this be suppressor height?

The blade height is 0.315". It would be considered suppressor height.

Is this sight high enough to co witness over a Vortex Venom red dot? The sight is mounted .100” into the slide.
