No. The HiViz Henry's Interchangeable Front Sight will fit Henry Rifle Models H001, H001L, and H001Y chambered in .22 LR made after 6/2021 with screw attach front sight.

Will this work if you pull out the dove tail and use that part on an evil roy with octagon barrel?

Fit Details: Fits Henry Rifle Models H001, H001L, and H001Y chambered in .22 LR.

We cannot confirm it will worm your Evil Roy rifle.

Is this sight plastic or metal? Also, is the dovetail a standard 3/8" that would allow me to change the hiviz light for any 3/8" dovetail front sight?

Per HiViz it is made of steel and it does have a 3/8" dovetail so it should be replaceable.
