I would recommend reaching out to HiViz Sights directly for installation instructions. You can also get the sight installed from a local gunsmith.

Is the height different than the stock P22 sight so that it would interfere with holster?

It is still factory height and will fit all holsters.

No, it will not fit without modification to the front barrel shroud.
