No. This EPS is the full size version of the EPS Carry. You will need to use the EPS Carry model (linked below) with MRS, which includes an RMSc to Holosun K adapter plate that will be required to install the EPS Carry on your Glock 43X MOS.

It should with a plate. It has the same footprint as the eps carry and holosun 407k/507k . It will have more overhang however. I'm considering doing this as I find the 407k window is just too small
