The Holosun 507 Comp (Competition) utilizes the Trijicon RMR optic footprint and will be compatible with any RMR cut slide or RMR mount.

Will this fix my Glock model 45? Will it require a gunsmith or does it attach to the rear site mount?

If you have the Glock 45 MOS (optic ready), you will use the #2 adapter plate included with your Glock to mount this optic. If you do not have an MOS model Glock 45, you must use a dovetail adapter plate or have your slide milled for an RMR pattern optic. The adapter plate that will allow you to install this optic can be found by using the link below:

Will this fit my XDME 10mm 4.5” pistol W/OSP

Yes, because you have an OSP model pistol, it will have included optic adapter plates to install a wide variety of optics. The Holosun 507-Comp uses the Trijicon RMR footprint. Using the Trijicon RMR adapter plate included with your pistol, you will be able to install this optic.

Yes, the Holosun Open Reflex Optical Sight uses the Trijicon RMR footprint. Your FNX-45 Tactical included adapter plates to install optics, you would need to use the #2 MRD plate and install it on your slide using the #511 screw set (Included with your FN). Once the plate is installed, you can fit this optic to your slide.
