If you have the Glock 45 MOS (optic ready), you will use the #2 adapter plate included with your Glock to mount this optic. If you do not have an MOS model Glock 45, you must use a dovetail adapter plate or have your slide milled for an RMR pattern optic. The adapter plate that will allow you to install this optic can be found by using the link below:
