yes this will work with any absolute co witness or lower 1/3rd co witness.

This item is capable of both absolute (typically aligning with iron sights) and 1/3 co-witnesses. The 510c is supposed to be absolute height by default, so yes.

I saw at Shot Show that Holosun was displaying this product on a rifle behind the 510c. So if they're doing it themselves I would say yes.

yes. it'll work with any red dot or holographic sight. it won't work with prism sights, which are sometimes 1X.
