Will this work with Primary arms cyclops 1x prism scope?

It will not work with a prism scope. Prism scopes and magnifiers both require a certain amount of eye relief. This means that they will not work properly when lined up in front of each other. Red dot magnifiers are meant specifically for holographic and reflex sights and will NOT work properly with prism red dots/scopes.

Will this work with the scalar works 1.57 lower 1/3 with a red dot?

The Holosun HM3X 3x Red Dot Magnifier comes with spacers to allow for absolute co-witness or lower 1/3 co-witness with standard height AR sights. If your red dot is at a lower 1/3 co-witness height on the SCALARWORKS mount then the Holosun HM3X 3x Red Dot Magnifier will be able to properly align with it.

will this work with the primary arms cyclops with ACSS reticle?

It will not work with a prism scope. Prism scopes and magnifiers both require a certain amount of eye relief. This means that they will not work properly when lined up in front of each other. The holosun 510c is absolute co witness. The HM3x is 1/3 lower co witness. Will this setup still work?

Yes, it will. The magnifier has an absolute co-witness mount with a riser for lower 1/3 co-witness.
