Yes this will fit same pattern fraction shorter but fits fine. I have the Shield SMS2 and Romeo Zero -all same footprint as 407K

Will this mount on a Glock 19 Gen 4 MOS using an OEM adapter without modification or an after market plate?

No, it will not properly fit any of those plates. This is meant for sub-compact, single stack style carry handguns like the P365XL and Canik Elite Sub Compact. Instead of a full size you will want to use a Holosun 407C, 507C or 508T. The models that end in "K" are for subcompacts while the "C" and "T" models are for full size handguns.

The major changes are just the button layout for the brightness adjustments. They went from large, vertically oriented buttons to smaller, horizontally oriented buttons.
