Holosun does not provide this specification, but this is the screw information provided by Aimpoint is M3x4 and this red dot shares the same mounting footprint as the Aimpoint Micros.

The Holosun site shows the screws are T10. Since Torx screws can be expected to be the same, finding any T10 screw should work. Also, have you tried contacting Holosun customer service?
