Does it come with the c-4 battery? If not do you have them and the decoy available and for what price?

The ICOtec Sabre Programmable Game Call does not include batteries and can be powered by 10 AA batteries, or the 14.8V C4 Lithium Rechargeable Power House. We do not currently carry the C4 Battery Pack, but it can be found on the manufacturer's website, linked below:

What do the pre-fixes mean? Example: JDP, BS, WT, SH, SB, ICO ?

Typically the initials of the sound producer. Ex. JDP is JD Pratt, TT is Tony Tebbe, ICO is icotec and so on.
