Yes it does come with the BCG! This is a Ready-to-Run Upper that is a quality build. I’ve run over 500 rounds through mine with only 2 hang ups early on. Easy to run... Easy to clean! Note: The length of 2.5” shells are different so stick with Remington, Federal, or Academy’s Monarch. It won’t miss a beat and will shoot slurs and buckshot as well!!

Can the hand guard be easily changed?

The handguard cannot be changed easily. We do not recommend modifying the handguard on this upper.

Does this have a rifled barrel and be able to shoot 45LC?

It is a smooth bore barrel and we do NOT recommend shooting .45LC out of this barrel as it is chambered and meant ONLY for .410.

Does this 410 upper require a specific buffer spring?

No. This upper fits perfectly on any mil-spec AR15 lower with a carbine buffer spring. Included with the IFC upper is a proprietary buffer that is to be installed, replacing the original carbine buffer.
