Are these ment for carbine buffer tubes or rifle buffer tubes?

These springs are for use only with the JP Enterprises SCS (Silent Captured System), however the SCS itself is designed to fit in carbine tubes, as well as rifle tubes with the included polymer spacer. The springs will not work using a standard buffer.

is this spring kit compatible with the shorter JP SCS system used in maxim cqb stocks/braces?

The JP Enterprises Alternate Spring Pack will not work with the JP SCS in the MAXIM CQB Stocks.

Are any of the springs reduced power or are they standard and stiffer?

The included springs from lightest to heaviest are listed below with the color with which they are coded:
JPSCS-SPRING15-80: 1 side white
JPSCS-SPRING15-85: 1 side black
JPSCS-SPRING15-90: 1 side green
JPSCS-SPRING15-95: 1 side yellow
JPSCS-SPRING15-100: no color
Spring weights are not provided by the manufacturer. I would recommend contacting them directly for more specific information or for assistance in tuning your setup.

It is listed as made for the JPSCS-15, does it also work fir the JPSCS2-15 (the second gen version)

The JP Enterprises Alternate Spring Pack For JPSCS-15 will work with the Gen 2 model.

Is this pack for the standard and heavy H2 versions?

This is an Auxiliary Spring Rate Kit for the JP Silent Captured Spring. These will work for both the standard and H2 SCS15 and work to finely tune the rifle's cycling rate.
