The included springs from lightest to heaviest are listed below with the color with which they are coded:
JPSCS-SPRING15-80: 1 side white
JPSCS-SPRING15-85: 1 side black
JPSCS-SPRING15-90: 1 side green
JPSCS-SPRING15-95: 1 side yellow
JPSCS-SPRING15-100: no color
Spring weights are not provided by the manufacturer. I would recommend contacting them directly for more specific information or for assistance in tuning your setup.
