Absolutely not. This triggers designed for armalite pattern rifles, you sir would want to look for aftermarket m&p 10 triggers like Apex, Galloway, OverWatch to name a few

What is the wieght of trigger pull on this particular unit, and are there optional spring rates?

The weight out of the packaging is around 5lbs. It comes with a yellow competition hammer spring that changes it to a 3-3.5lbs pull.
