Dose come with firing pin

The specific model under Code:J5-ABA-JPEVMOSBC-JPBC-7 will not include the firing pin as that part number is just the carrier and does not include the bolt assembly. That specific part number will require the following components to "complete" the group per JP Enterprises information:

Requires DPMS-pattern bolt, firing pin and cam pin.

How do no if need Heavy the one for the standard bolt

Does this BCG come with all the parts? Some look like they are missing. Also, will this go full auto?

Per JP Enterprises these 308 model carriers are not full auto rated. The 223/556 variant of the VMOS carrier is full auto rated.

What would the difference be between the standard and the heavy? I have an AR-15, in 556, 16 in barrel.

These are intended for use in 308 platform AR rifles and will not fit an AR-15. The difference is standard comes configured in a 14.4 oz weight and the heavy comes configured in a 16 oz weight.
