The Kel-Tec Threaded Barrel with Flash Reducer is compatible with all Kel-Tec PMR30 models.

CAN YOU USE A SUPPRESSOR ON IT ?

You would just need either a direct thread suppressor for 3/8"x24 threads or an adapter. SilencerCo offers a 3/8x24 to 1/2x28 thread adapter.

Do you ever expect to have this item back in inventory, as Kel Tec now has the muzzle brake in stock but not the flask reducer?

expected back in stock jan/feb 2021, you can contact them directly to confirm at 1-800-515-9983, there is an update to the firearm resulting in a new barrel needing to be manufactured
