No, this magwell is designed for the small, medium, and large XCARRY grip module only, and will not work on the P250.
Our Sig P320 magwells were designed for the small, medium, and large XCarry grip modules. This will work on the Full-Size X Series Grip Module as well as the X5 TXG.

Yes. The Killer Innovations Sig P320X Magwell is compatible with the Sig P320 small, medium and large XCARRY Grip Modules. It will not work with factory basepads and can only be used with Killer Innovations Velocity Basepad for P320 or the Velocity Mag Extension for P320.
We have not tested the two together and we are not able to confirm fitment however, the P320 Legion extended magazine does not look like it would have inference issues.

It is unlikely to fit as the X5/Legion frames are not compatible fitments listed by Killer Innovations.
