Will this work on a G43X with a threaded barrel

The Killer Innovations Velocity Glock Compensator is not intended for use with the Glock 43 or 43X. It will likely cause functionality issues and will be wider than the slide of the 43. I would recommend using the Tyrant Designs T-Comp Glock 43/43x/48 Compensator, or the TRYBE Defense Universal Single Port 9mm Compensator. Both can be found linked below:

What's the difference between the gen 3 and gen 4 versions? Can I use the gen 4 comp with a gen 3 g19 or vice versa?

The Killer Innovations Velocity Glock Compensators are generation specific due to differences in the recoil system. If you have a Gen 3 you must use the Gen 3 comp etc.

These Killer Innovations Velocity Glock Compensators will not work for a Glock 19 Gen 5. However, the model you can find by clicking the link below will work for a Glock 19 Gen 5.

The Killer Innovations Velocity Glock Compensator can fit. However, they were designed for Glocks and may not line up, or sit flush with your slide.

These are for 9mm Glock 19/17. One model is for Gen 3 and the other is for Gen 4
