After sighting in the scope can the rings be zeroed out? I had to do a lot of windage adjustment to get a center hit at 20 yards. Moved it almost 12"

Does this scope need to be switched on for the reptiles. Or can it be left off for normal light conditions.

The illumination is not required to be on to use the reticle in this scope. It is a standard scope so the reticle is visible regardless of the illumination.

can i put this scope on my carbon express piledriver 390 and it be dead on after i sight it in for 20

We cannot speak to accuracy of your overall set up, but the scope can be zeroed to just about any crossbow, but is designed for crossbows shooting above 300+ FPS.
