If you have a DPMS Oracle with the railed gas block it will not fit without you replacing the gas block with a low profile gas block and you would need to install the proprietary barrel nut included with the handguard. This is a free float handguard which means it only makes contact with the firearm at the receiver and would need to slip over the gas block which is not possible with a railed gas block.
