This rail would fit any standard 16 inch upper receiver, but this handguard requires the removal of the existing gas system to have a proprietary barrel nut installed. Then the handguard would require a low profile gas block so the handguard can install over the gas system. This will NOT work with an AR that has a fixed front sight. This is a free float rail meant to be used with a low profile gas block.

If your 16” Barrel had a low profile gas block then yes either length of ras 2 rails would fit but if you have a A-frame front sight post then no it wouldn’t

No. You would need the 7 inch or 9 inch depending if your gas system is carbine or midlength.
