What do I need to do if mine doesn't sit all the way down?.... threads on barrel are to long

Honestly I would email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com with some pictures so we can help you out more in detail. But, if the adapter is tight to the barrel, it shouldn't matter if there's still threads visible.

The KNS Precision AK Thread Muzzle Device Adapter is not compatible with your ZPAP M92 as it uses M26x1.5LH threads instead of M14x1LH threads.

Is there a recommended torque spec. for tightening this adapter down? Should I use Rocksett on Barrel to Adapter or Adapter to Muzzle Device or both?

KNS Precision does not provide a torque spec for their AK Thread Muzzle Device Adapter. Using a 17mm wrench, tighten the adapter to the barrel, you shouldn't have issues with the adapter coming loose.

Yes, this adapter mounts to M14x1 LH threads. It will not mount to a smooth barrel.

Yes technically, this adapts your metric 7.6239 AK barrel to the standard 7.62 thread pitch for muzzle devices and suppressors.
