I would recommend using the Konus 3-POD 9 Photographic Tripod, or the Konus 3-Pod 8 in Table Tripod. Both can be found by using the links below:

is there a warranty?

All Konus riflescopes, pistol scopes, and electronic dot sights carry a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. That's replacement, not repair. If you encounter a manufacturer's defect on any of these products, simply send it back to Konus and they will replace it for the life of the original owner.

Is there a replacement/optional eyepiece with greater magnification?

Unfortunately Konus does not make a replacement eyepiece for this spotting scope.
