No. This L2D Combat Enhanced Fluted Firing Pin Kit is designed for the Gen 5 Glock 19 and Glock 43, 43x and 48. L2D does have a Gen 3/4 version for the Glock 19 that you can find using the link below:

No, it unfortunately will not. Glock changed the firing pin/striker for the Gen 5.
