Yes. The LANTAC Ultra Smooth Glock Safety Plunger/Spring will fit a Gen 4 Glock 21 as it is compatible with most 9MM, .40S&W, .357 Sig, 10mm & .45 Glock Pistols.

Will this fit my Gen3 Glock 21

This will not fit the Glock 21 in any Gen, it also will not fit the 10mm models either. You need a large frame safety plunger for the .45 ACP or 10mm models.

I know in description it says works for “.45 GAP” which is not the same as .45 AUTO/ACP caliber.
