The LaserMax Lightning Rail Mounted Laser Sight will not work with a Glock 43. The laser at the link below will work with a Glock 43.

Being left handed, will there be any issues using Lasermax Lightening on a FN 509 compact?

No. The LaserMax Lightning Rail Mounted Laser Sight uses their grip sense feature where a "sensor" is installed along the trigger guard that can detect when you grip the pistol, then activates the laser. So this will work very well for both left and right hand shooters.

Would anyone happen to know if this would fit on an AR15 mlok handrail or picatinny rail?

It will mount to a picatinny rail, but please be aware that this was designed for handguns as it has a small motion sensor that senses motion on a handgun grip when mounted to the forward accessory rail. This means that the automatic on from the motion sensor may or may not work at the distance you are trying to mount it.

You will want to measure the length of your accessory rail, but as long as your accessory rail is at least 1 inch long then it should fit.

Will it work on glock 17 and 26 or a 1911 .45

This will work on a Glock 17 and a 1911 ONLY if it has a rail on it. This is a rail mounted laser and requires an accessory rail to mount too.
