The Leapers UTG 3-12x44mm Compact Rifle Scope is a variable power scope. So you cannot co-witness the scope and iron sights.

This work on a ar10 palmetto or windham? Recoil won’t rattle it apart?

The Leapers UTG 3-12x44mm Compact Rifle Scope can be mounted on an AR10. The manufacturer states that the Leapers UTG 3-12x44mm Compact Rifle Scope is constructed to handle heavy recoil but does not specifically state a recoil limit. From what information I could find it can handle the recoil of an AR10 just fine.

I have an 8mm mauser hunting carbine,Is this sight strong enough to grow a kick of that calibre. And it's better to mount it on the Cantilever?

You would need to zero the riflescope once mounted on your particular firearm. Instructions are included with the scope.

They are calling them medium profile, which are 15mm from the top of the rail to the bottom of the tube.

Is this scope made for midrange or can ot be for longrange also?

It can be used for anything you'd like. There are shooters who make shots at 600 yards with just peep sights, so it is up to the shooter and the quality of their equipment.
