Yes. The Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 1in Medium Profile 34mm Offset Picatinny Ring will fit and function fine as long as your scope has a 34mm tube.

This mount doesn't fit scopes with a 34mm tube. It's a 1" tube mount. 34mm is the offset. I took a gamble, ordered it, and it fits great with the banner 2. I'll need to get the same mount, but a little taller, though, to run my 45° mount for my red dot, though.
