Will this fit a bushnell banner 2 on an ar15? It has a 40mm objective view.

Yes, this mount will fit that optic. The P-223 has a 1" main tube.

Will this work with a Sig Sauer Whiskey3 3-9x40mm on a AR flat top

No. The Whiskey3 3-9x40 riflescope uses a 1 inch tube and this mount only fits scopes with a 34mm tube.

The 34mm dimension is the offset distance. The ring diameter is 1".

No, this mount if for 1" main tubes. The Bushnell has a 30mm main tube.

Will this fit the UTG Bug Buster?

That depends on what Bug Buster you are asking about. The mount has an overall mounting space of 94mm, so as long as you have 94mm worth of space between the objective bell and the ocular bell, this mount should fit.

Will this mount work with Nikon P300 Scope?

If the center turret housing is under 1.70 inches long and the scope body has at least 1 inch of mounting space on either side of the turret housing, this mount will work.
