If you are asking what the torque value is to mount the Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC Offset Deployable Iron Sight, the manufacturer recommends 35in./lbs.

How many picatinny slots does this take up? I want to sight in my scope but I don't want to have to do it again after these show up.

The Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 45 Degree Angle Flip-Up Rear Sight will only require 0.945" of picatinny rail to mount.

Yes, the Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 45 Degree Angle Flip-Up Rear Sights can be used on an AR10. You will just need picatinny rail receiver in order to mount the Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 45 Degree Angle Flip-Up Rear Sight.

This Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 45 Degree Angle Flip-Up Rear Sight will work with the Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 45 Degree Angle Flip-Up Front Sight. However, the Leapers UTG ACCU-SYNC 45 Degree Angle Flip-Up Front Sight may co-witness with a red dot mounted on the Leapers UTG Pro Super Slim RDM20 45 Degree Angle Mount depending on where it is mounted.
